Xingrendenggao Power Plant is a power plant supporting the coal, electricity and aluminum integration project of Xingrendenggao Aluminum Co., Ltd. and is affiliated to Guangxi Denggao Group Co., Ltd. The company undertakes its desulfurization and denitrification projects, electrolytic aluminum workshop dust removal projects, and desulfurization wastewater treatment projects. Among them, boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitrification adopt a treatment method that combines traditional technology and super gravity technology. The traditional process uses the SNCR denitrification process and the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process. The denitrification system uses ammonia water as the reducing agent and sprays ammonia in the furnace for denitrification. The desulfurization system uses spray desulfurization, and the desulfurization tower uses six layers of spray. After treatment with the traditional process , the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide indicators meet the national "Air Pollutant Emission Standards for Thermal Power Plants". Supergravity technology is used to deeply process the boiler flue gas to ensure that the final emission of flue gas meets the local thermal power plant boiler flue gas emission standards. After processing by the supergravity device, the flue gas sulfur dioxide is <50mg/m3, and the nitrogen oxide is <50mg/m3. Dust<15mg/m3. The entire system operates fully automatically. Since it was officially put into operation, it has been operating normally and the denitrification and desulfurization effects meet the requirements.
