While cooperating with Shanghai Tongji Environmental Engineering Institute on technology, the company also focuses on cultivating its own technical backbone and gradually formed its own independent technical design team. Currently, it has 14 environmental engineering professional technicians and 27 other professional technicians. Now has environmental engineering professional contracting qualifications. It is fully equipped with the capabilities of design, construction, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning of medium and large-scale environmental management projects.

In 2010, "Jingjiang Tongji Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd." was renamed: "Jiangsu ZEYU Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd."; the registered capital increased to 30 million yuan; the business scope was expanded to: environmental engineering construction and design; environmental pollution prevention and control equipment, Research, design, development, manufacturing, sales, and installation of ventilation equipment; and self-operated and agent import and export business of various commodities and technologies.

In recent years, the company has successfully independently undertaken multiple sewage treatment projects at home and abroad, such as: Indonesian palm oil sewage treatment project (10,000 m3/d), Jingjiang City sewage treatment plant (50,000 m3/d), Aoyang Industrial Park sewage treatment Plant (24000m3/d), Dali Science and Technology Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant (5000 m3/d), Tacheng Sewage Plant Renovation Project (40000 m3/d), Hunan Yuetai Bay Farmers Entrepreneurship Park Sewage Treatment Plant (5000 m3/d) , Jiangsu Jiangshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. sewage treatment project (20000 m3/d), Zhaosu County Xiaohongnahai water plant construction (5000 m3/d), Tongliao Meihua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. sewage treatment project (10000 m3/d), Tieling Municipal new district sewage treatment plant project (20000 m3/d) and other medium-sized industrial wastewater and municipal sewage projects.
