Xingren Denggao Power Plant is a supporting power plant for Xingren Denggao Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.'s coal electric aluminum integration project, under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Denggao Group Co., Ltd. Our company undertakes the construction of its desulfurization and denitrification projects, electrolytic aluminum workshop dust removal projects, and desulfurization wastewater treatment projects. The desulfurization and denitrification of boiler flue gas adopt a combination of traditional processes and supergravity technology for treatment. The traditional process adopts SNCR denitrification process and limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process. The denitrification system uses ammonia water as a reducing agent and uses ammonia injection in the furnace for denitrification; The desulfurization system adopts spray desulfurization, and the desulfurization tower adopts a six layer spray system; After traditional process treatment, the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide indicators meet the national "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants from Thermal Power Plants". The deep treatment of boiler flue gas is carried out using supergravity technology to ensure that the final emission of flue gas meets the local boiler flue gas emission standards of thermal power plants. After being treated by the supergravity device, the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is less than 50mg/m3, nitrogen oxides are less than 50mg/m3, and dust is less than 15mg/m3.
